Single cylinder cooling machine

Single cylinder cooling machine is one of the important equipment in the rotary kiln system. Clinker from rotary kiln makes material exchange heat with air through cylinder and cools material below 200℃. Meanwhile it improves clinker quality and grindablity. Taking air after cooling material to kiln as secondary circulating air can improve heat efficiency of kiln.

LQ Series Rotary Cooler

The feeding temperature is 65-85℃, and the discharging temperature is less than 45℃.

Horizontal reciprocating grate cooler
